Stevin Rock, through the implementation of a Process Lead Quality System, will strive;

 

“To produce and supply a high quality product and service, which achieves customer requirements, specifications and satisfaction, every time.”

 

In order to achieve this goal, Top Management will;

 

·         Maintain an experienced and qualified management team, suitable to the needs of both

      the customer and the Company

 

·          Commit to the continual improvement of all processes and systems through ongoing investment in

            technology and resources and the periodic evaluation of such systems and processes

 

·         Actively encourage participation in the review of systems and processes by all of the Company’s

          employees

 

·         Establish effective channels of communication to enable the understanding of the Company’s

      quality objectives.

 

Our objectives shall be to-:

 

§         Maintain Customer satisfaction in relation to increased production and sales capabilities.

 

§         Conduct Skill Competency Assessments on personnel employed by the Company, and deliver

      training based upon the needs if required, with a view to increase the overall skill level in the company.
