EXPORTING ARMOUR ROCK TO BANGLADESH

Loading Stevin Rock’s 0.5 – 2.0 tonne armour rock for a major development project in Bangladesh has resumed at Saqr Port in Ras Al Khaimah with specially designed 40,000 dwt bulk carriers. Systematic watering of the working areas is conducted to mitigate dust emission, as seen in the photo.

Exporting armour rock to Bangladesh was initiated in November 2018, the first time such material was exported beyond the Gulf region.
